STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (5-5-5-5)
This is the final week of our mini back squat cycle. This will be a short, 4-week cycle to coincide with Murph, of course! We will be getting out of the pure strength phase that we just ended and adding more volume with this cycle. This week will act as a de-load for the volume of reps we have been completing. It will also be a reload in regards to the percentage of your 1 RM that you will be moving.
The percentages will be on the whiteboard.
