STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (3-3-3)

This is week 3 of our mini back squat cycle. This will be a short, 4-week cycle to coincide with Murph, of course! We will be getting out of the pure strength phase that we just ended and adding more volume with this cycle. This week will act as a de-load for the volume of reps we have been completing. However, it’s not a true de-load as the weight will not be going down in percentages of your 1 RM.

Weight and percentages will be determined by how last week went. We will chat more before we start. The percentages will be on the whiteboard.
