Let’s continue our work with the power clean that we have been working the past 2 weeks. As an added bonus, let’s work this complex this week. Really dial in on that second pull from the hang position and then work with the first pull from the ground. These 2 reps should be touch-and-go!

How about we celebrate a birthday today?! Last year Bethany’s birthday fell on our final Murph Prep, and she graciously sacrificed her Birthday WOD for the good of us all!
