*It doesn’t look like it will be especially warm out, or that we will get rained on today! However, please make sure that you are properly hydrating yourself. Today will be a big day for ‘hand care,’ as well. The pull-up volume is getting to that dangerous place where ripped hands can happen. If you rip today, there is a slim chance that your hands would be healed by Memorial Day. So, stay vigilant with that aspect as you work through this prep WOD.
