STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (5-5-5-5-5)

This is week 2 of our mini back squat cycle. This will be a short, 4-week cycle to coincide with Murph, of course! We will be getting out of the pure strength phase that we just ended and adding more volume with this cycle. With the volume going up, the weights will stay at a more moderate percentage of your 1 RM. Today we have added a set of 5 reps to the total volume from last week.

Weight and percentages will be determined by how last week went. We will chat more before we start. The percentages will be on the whiteboard.
