WOD: 20 M Alt. EMOM

Odd: 15* DB Push Press (50/35 x2)

Even: 15* DB Front Squats

 

*Just as we scale weights for a WOD, we can scale reps in an EMOM. The goal is to be working for 40 seconds and getting about 20 seconds of rest right out of the gate. As you fatigue, your rest time will diminish.

 

Finisher: Abs (TABATA)

1. Hollow Rocks

2. Tuck Ups

3. Hollow Hold

4. V-Ups

TABATA’s are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Cycle through these movements for four total rounds (16 TABATA’s).
