*After the jam-packed Monday we just had, let’s change up the format for todays class! We are still going to do our normal warm-up/shoulder pre-hab ‘stuff,’ but then we will do the hero WOD ‘Randy’ first. Randy is named for Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 7th 2008 in the line of duty.
Then, we will finish off a a little hanging from the rig.
