Partner 1 completes 10  Squat Clean Thrusters, tags off to Partner 2 and completes 200 M Run. Partner 2 waits for the tag-off and completes 10 Squat Clean Thrusters. If P1 returns before P2 has completed his/her bar work, P1 must wait. Partner 2 tags off and completes 200 M run. P1 may begin round of 9. Etc…
