STRENGTH: Bench Press (4-2)
We have arrived at the final week of the second cycle of Savat Strength. Both sets of work should be completed at the same weight. You will need to take your assumed 1 RM (that you have been using for 8 weeks now) and reference the percentages charts in the gym. Warm-up to that weight, get your mind right, and then completed both sets of work.
WOD: ‘Craig*’
28 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
*6 M time cap. Once you finish the 28 clean and jerks you must complete bar facing burpees until you hit the 6 M time cap. Your score will be your total bar facing burpees. So, if you take 2 M to complete the clean and jerks, you have 4 minutes to burpee. If it takes you 5 M to complete the clean and jerks, you will have 1 M to burpee, and on and on!!
