STRENGTH: SQUAT SNATCH

Over the past several weeks we have worked the overhead position, dropping under the bar (snatch balance), hip extension and high elbows (tall snatch pulls) and the set-up of the first pull.

So, let’s put this all together today. You will have 10 M to warm-up your (squat) snatch, and then we will complete a 6 M EMOM of 1 Rep at 75%.

 

WOD: 5 Rounds, 1 M per Station

  2. Air Squats
  3. DB Snatch (50/35)
  4. Burpees to a Target
  5. REST

 

Another day, another birthday WOD! Woot woot. Today, we celebrate Lindsay Sherman. She is now under the control of a tiny human, so although we don’t know what class she will be able to make it to, we know that we are all completing a ‘fight gone bad’ style WOD!
