STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (4-2)

We have arrived at the final week of the second cycle of Savat Strength.  Both sets of work should be completed at the same weight. You will need to take your assumed 1 RM (that you have been using for 8 weeks now) and reference the percentages charts  in the gym. Warm-up to that weight and then completed both sets of work.

 

WOD: 4 RFT

40 DU (100 SU)

20 Burpees

10 Box Jumps (24”/20”)

 

This week is off to a crazy start on the Birthday train! Today, we celebrate Amanda Dempsey. She has requested double unders, box jumps and burpees(?!). I guess she likes to jump around! Come on it to celebrate Amanda by completing her WOD!
