STRENGTH: Bench Press (8-6)
We have arrived at the second week of the second cycle of Savat Strength. Both sets of work should be completed at the same weight. You will need to take your assumed 1 RM (that you have been using for 6 weeks now) and reference the percentages charts in the gym. Warm-up to that weight and then completed both sets of work.
WOD: On a 12 minute clock, 4 rounds of:
1 M: R. Arm DB Push Press (50/35)
1 M: L. Arm DB Push Press
1 M: AbMat Sit-Ups
