Oh, you can’t do DU? or OHS? Or Ring MU? Or Bar MU? Fear not, we will be providing the scales and modifications that you CAN do to make this work for everyone. If you like to know the details before we start, click this link for the workout description and score card. Most of our work will look eerily similar to the scaled version of this WOD!!

Again, we would appreciate it if everyone showed up on time (9:00 am) for the workout description, scaling options, tips, tricks, etc… Then, we will carry out the class similarly to last week!
