STRENGTH: Bench Press (3-3-3+)

Week 2 of Wendler Cycle 2 is now happening! This cycle will also run for 4 weeks. Remember, this cycle has an added ‘twist.’ Hopefully, you remember what you added to your 1 RM last week. You will keep using that assumed 1RM for the remainder of this cycle. Using that new ‘assumed’ 1 RM continue to take 90% (training max) and find your calculations for each set from there.

 

WOD: 20 M Alt. EMOM

Odd: 5 Deadlifts (50-60% of 1 RM)*

Even: 15 Box Jumps (24”/20”)

*We will chat about deadlift weights before we start.
