STRENGTH: First Pull + Power Snatch

Let’s shift our focus to the first pull of the snatch! We have also completed this drill before with the (squat) snatch, but today we will be using the drill for the power snatch. Let’s talk about the points of performance, body positions and ‘pulls’ for the power snatch. Then, we will warm-up with our good ol’ friend the PVC pipe before we go. Take 15 M to work up to a heavy single. It’s been awhile, so just see where you end up!
