Please make sure that you are on time for the brief so that we can all work through the movements, standards and tips/tricks for the WOD. Here is a rough outline of our schedule so that we can stay on task and get this accomplished within class time!
9:00-9:10 am : WOD Brief
9:10-9:20: Heat 1 Warm-Up
9:20-9:35 Heat 1
9:35-9:45 Heat 2 Warm-Up
9:45-10:00 Heat 2
