You don’t need to sign up for the heats on such a short notice, but it will be first come, first WOD as we work through the heats! You MUST also be there for the brief at the beginning of a class to learn the movement standards and tips before you go. Obviously, if everyone shows up for the 9:00 am class time there will be lots of waiting…
The good news is that the brunch will be out and ready to enjoy no matter when you finish the WOD!
