STRENGTH: Overhead Squat
Well, the time is finally here! We have spent the past several weeks working, and maintaining, our overhead position with the overhead squat. So, today we will put our work to the test. Today is all about the heavy single. It could be the heaviest single you can get to for the day or it could also be a 1 RM. The choice is yours!
WOD: 20 M Alt. EMOM
Odd: 20 Ground-to-Overhead* (45/25)
Even: 10 Burpees
*Weight Plate
