STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (4-2)
Week 4 (and final week!) of Savat Strength for back squat today. The goal is to find your max 4 rep weight and then do a second set at that weight of 2 reps. Take your actual 1 RM number (not 90 %) and reference a chart in the gym. They are generally pretty accurate. Remember to take notes as we finish up this cycle. If it is going well, note that. If it is not, note that as well so we can make the necessary changes as we begin a new cycle next week!
