Let’s quickly meet and go over the basics of the split jerk on the tape pieces on the floor. Basics include the dip and drive, landing and foot position, speed and other little ‘form tweaks’ things no one thinks about like heel turn, weight distribution, etc…
Once I turn you loose, work up to a moderately heavy single from the rig.
