STRENGTH: Bench Press (6-4)
Week 3 of Savat Strength for bench press today. The goal is to find your max 6 rep weight and then do a second set at that weight of 4 reps. Take your actual 1 RM number (not 90 %) and reference a chart in the gym. They are generally pretty accurate. Remember to take notes throughout this cycle. If it is going well, note that. If it is not, note that as well and make the necessary changes!

Teams of 2 will work together at each station, fight gone bad style, to achieve as many reps/cals as possible in the allotted time. Teams will move together station to station with a minute rest in between each. Only one of the teammates can work at a time, while one teammate is performing reps the other teammate must rest. Score will be total accumulated reps.
