STRENGTH: 1 SPLIT JERK (BACK RACK, OHS GRIP) + 1 OHS
Let’s take our Split Jerk and OHS work and combine them today! We will take the bar from the rig, on our back rack, and complete a split jerk with our over head squat grip. We have done this before and it freaked some people out. So, let’s continue to work this position. Also, we will only do a single OHS. The goal of this is to get heavy with the OHS, maybe you will work up to a weight that you can ONLY split jerk from the back rack. Then, it will all be worth it!
