STRENGTH: 1 Round of ‘Big Clean Complex’
Alrighty! Here we go!!! We have run this cycle before (back in the old gym). The ‘Big Clean Complex’ will be run for four Tuesday’s in a row. The actual BCC is 4 rounds unbroken of a high hang squat clean + hang squat clean + squat clean + shoulder-to-overhead. Today we will take 15 M to work up to a max load for 1 round. Next Monday, we will do 2 rounds, so on and so forth.
