Goblet Squat (50/35)

*Athlete 1 will begin the workout by completing a 30 C. Row. When he/she finishes, he/she will move directly to the 30 DB Snatch and Athlete 2 will begin his/her 30 C. Row. Once Athlete 1 completes the DB Snatch, he/she advance to the Goblet Squats, but must wait for Athlete 2 to advance to the DB Snatch before beginning reps. Athlete 3 can advance to the rower. When Athlete 1 finishes the Goblet Squats, he or she will have to wait to begin the round of 20 reps based off of when Athlete 3 clears the rower. I hope this is translating from my mind to this text…Were you at the UDX Winter Games for event 4? It’s the same format!
