STRENGTH: Hang Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean
Last week we began to navigate our way to our new ‘Oly’ strength cycle. We started out with a power clean + front squat, and today we will transition our way closer to our end goal with this complex.
We will spend some time talking about the hang power clean (body positions, ‘pulls,’ etc…) and then make the transition (in an unbroken complex) into a hang squat clean. Yes, it will involve time with the PVC. Yes, no matter how great you think you are, this time will make you a better olympic lifter!!!
