STRENGTH: PUSH PRESS

Let’s take some time to build up to a heavy triple!  When completing a push press remember the points of performance:

  1. Vertical Dip, with knees out over your toes.
  2. Use the drive to give you the necessary momentum, keeping the weight in your heels.
  3. GET YOUR FACE OUT OF THE WAY!!!!
  4. Focus on good bar path.
  5. Full extension over your midline.
