STRENGTH: POWER CLEAN + FRONT SQUAT

We will be making the transition from snatching to cleaning today! So, let’s start off with the basics. We will take some time today to talk about the points of performance for the power clean. That means we are warming-up with the PVC pipe. After some talk about positions and work with the PVC, I’ll turn you loose with the barbell. You will work up to your heaviest possible weight for this complex in the time provided.
