STRENGTH: OHS

Back at it with the Overhead Squat during our strength sessions. As we closed out our ‘Snatch Sessions’ on Oly Tuesday’s, I promised that the snatch wouldn’t necessarily go away.  This will be our chance to keep the overhead position, and the mobility that it requires, strong! Today let’s work triples, not only will this give you plenty of practice with the point of performance for the OHS, but it will also serve as a wonderful warm-up for the WOD!

This WOD should seem familiar. This is my interpretation of the 2-2-2-3 Intervals WOD from the 2017 Games. We are doing it with a slightly different time domain, with different components and as a team! We will talk team strategy and explain what will happen at the whiteboard before we go!!
