30 Burpees
30 Front Squats (155/105)
30 Hang Cleans
30 Deadlifts
30 Burpees
*After you have completed the first 30 burpees, you must complete 3 burpees at the top of every minute while you are completing the bar work. Once you have completed the bar work, and have moved on to the burpees at the end, you no longer have to complete the O.T.M. burpees.
We have completed a workout similar in style to this before. I’ll make sure I clarify any confusion before we start. Remember, the faster you go the faster it will be over and the fewer burpees you will have to do…!
