STRENGTH: Front Squat
Another day, another chance to get heavy. Let’s 1 RM our front squat today. We have been cycling the front squat for 10 weeks now! Again, I know that after the holiday weekend we all might feel a little ‘off.’ Maybe you were traveling and now you are off your routine, maybe you woke up really early to try and catch Santa and now you’re sleep deprived or maybe you just ate too many cookies! A 1 RM might not be in your cards. That’s okay, just get as heavy as you can.
