STRENGTH: Front Squat (5-5-5)

We will be taking more of a ‘de-load’ approach to the front squat this week. You will be completing 3 sets of 5 reps, all the sets will be at the same weight, and we will chat about how you will determine the weight you will use for these sets before we start!
