If you wanted to get crazy with this you could take the bar from the rig, on your back rack, and complete a split jerk with an overhead squat grip. From there, you could go straight into 2 overhead squats. For fun. Or, you could just do your average push press/push jerk from the back rack to get the bar in the overhead position to do 2 squats!
Are you lacking overhead mobility? This will be a great time to mobilize and practice that overhead position without the stress of a Squat Snatch or WOD!
WOD: For Time*
100 Push Ups
200 Sit Ups
300 Air Squats
*Reps can be broken up however you choose.
