Reps are each person and all reps must be completed before the next partner begins his/her reps. I’ll make sure to clear up any confusion before we begin.
If you think you’ve seen this WOD before, you have. There are a few gentlemen in the gym that used to make this WOD a habit. I torture them with cardio on the daily, so I thought I’d give them something to celebrate. My version is slightly different, in a team format, with pre-determined weights to keep everyone moving.
