Remember this one from this summer? It’s back. It’s Casey’s Birthday today and she wants to repeat this awesome WOD!  This WOD will be a test of your basic barbell capacity. Your results from today will be plugged into an algorithm, and we will repeat this workout again in 6 weeks. If you have your results from the last time we did this WOD (August 12) use the algorithm below. If you’ve never completed this workout, it’s great! You get to pick your own weight and go!

< 20 Rounds= 10 lbs lighter

20-30 Rounds= Same weight

> 30 Rounds= 10 lbs heavier
