We have Birthday Twins at the gym today! It is both Derek and Char’s Birthday! Although they didn’t exactly see eye-to-eye with their Birthday WOD wishes/nightmares, I think I came up with something that will be acceptable to both. If they don’t like it, everyone else that has been to the gym the past couple of days will be appreciative because it doesn’t require you to use your grip… I’ve learned that if I can please a handful of people that is about as good as it is going to get! Crossing my fingers.
