SKILL: ROWING

Let’s carry on with the rowing kick we started last week because I guess winter is here and we can’t run outside! Rowing is a great way to build/maintain your endurance capacity. Today, we will quickly review what we talked about last week (rowing tips, tricks and technique). Then, let’s warm-up and play a game. The game is called ‘Row 500 M for time as fast as you can. Then, in a few weeks we will retest to see if you improved.’
