WOD: 20 M AMRAP with a Partner

1 Power Clean (135/95)

1 Front Squat

1 Push Jerk

1 Back Squat

1 Push Jerk

 

So yeah, this might look like a Bear Complex. However, this time the movements must be separate, you cannot string them together (such as a squat clean thruster in place of first 3 movements). Partner 1 does this version of the ‘Bear Complex’ while Partner 2 rests. Then, the partners switch places.

Go back and forth recording 1 rep for each completed complex until the 20 minutes is up.
