Skill: Rowing

Eventually, winter will be here and we won’t be able to run outside, so rowing is a great way to build/maintain your endurance capacity. Today, let’s talk about some rowing tips, tricks and technique. Then, we will get on teams and do a quick 10 M AMMAP (As Many Meters As Possible) switching out people every 200 M.

WOD: For 3 Cycles

5 M AMRAP

3 Thrusters (95/65)

3 Box Jumps (24”/20”)

6 Thrusters

9 Thrusters

12 Thrusters,

Rest 3 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
