STRENGTH: Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch

It’s week 2 of our current snatch cycle. We are taking a slow approach to this cycle and continuing to work the power snatch. I can’t take the negativity that radiates off of everyone when we have to ‘real’ snatch (squat snatch…). So, let’s delay that for another week with this complex.

You will have 10 M to warm-up the complex to about 75% of your Power Snatch 1 RM. Then, we will complete a 10 M EMOM with 1 rep of this complex at that 75%  1 RM weight.
