STRENGTH: POWER SNATCH

Let’s shift our focus to the Snatch! Today, we will start off easy with the power snatch. Let’s talk about the points of performance, body positions and ‘pulls’ for the power snatch. Then, we will warm-up with our good ol’ friend the PVC pipe before we go. Take 15 M to work up to a heavy single. It’s been awhile, so just see where you end up!
