* Partner 1 starts on the rower, once he or she completes the row they start chipping away at the slam ball shoulder roll reps. When Partner 2 and 3 finish the row they may advance to the slam ball shoulder rolls and assist Partner 1. Once the slam ball shoulder rolls are complete then all 3 athletes work on the 45 power cleans. After completion of the power cleans it’s just reverse order; back to the slam ball shoulder rolls and then the calorie row. We will have to start this WOD in heats depending on the number of people at class based on how many rowers we have!!
