STRENGTH: 1 SPLIT JERK (BACK RACK, OHS GRIP) + 1 OHS
Let’s continue all of our Split Jerk work from the back rack today! We will take the bar from the rig, on our back rack, and complete a split jerk with our over head squat grip. Last week we had an intro to this; it freaked some people out. So, let’s continue to work this position. Also, we will only do a single OHS. The goal of this is to get heavy with the OHS, maybe you will work up to a weight that you can ONLY split jerk from the back rack. Then, it will all be worth it!
