Back to it with Wendler Cycle 2. This cycle will also run for 4 weeks. However, this cycle has an added ‘twist.’ Hopefully, you took careful notes on your Cycle 1. If you got every rep and felt awesome the whole cycle, you will be adding 5 pounds to your 1 RM. Using that new ‘assumed’ 1 RM continue to take 90% (training max) and find your calculations for each set from there. We will talk more before we start about different ways to attack this if things did not go according to plan throughout Cycle 1.
WOD: 10 M AMRAP
3 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24”/20”)
3 Deadlifts (225/155)
6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
6 Deadlifts
9 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
9 Deadlifts
12 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
12 Deadlifts
Etc., adding 3 reps to each exercise every round.
Back at it with the Team Series Week 2! This is obviously a play on Team Series Event 5. We will do this as an individual WOD and then we will be working through the other workouts Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Let’s close it out with a BANG!
