STRENGTH: Hang (Squat) Clean + (Squat) Clean

Last week we worked singles for the (squat) clean going up in weight. This week we are going to add a ‘fatigue factor’ to our (squat) clean by preceding it with a hang (squat) clean. This will work nicely as we head into next week. Next week we will be combining Monday’s and Tuesday’s strength into a 1 RM attempt for the (squat)clean and (split)jerk!
