STRENGTH: Split Jerk
Obviously we won’t be working the squat clean today… Let’s take it back to the basics of the split jerk! Our goal going forward will be to improve the quality and efficiency of our split jerks and then pair them with a quality squat clean! So, today we will be placing an emphasis on basics…the dip and drive, landing and foot position, speed and other little ‘form tweaks’ things no one thinks about like heel turn, weight distribution, etc…
