STRENGTH: (Squat) Clean

We are entering the second week of our current ‘clean and jerk’ cycle. Last week, we worked on the power clean and today we will take it one step further with the (squat) clean. Let’s talk about the ‘pulls’ of the clean, body positioning and good movement patterns. We will take 15 M to work up to a heavy single and then do a 5 M EMOM of 2 reps at 75%.

It’s Amy Berg’s Birthday today! She took pity on all of you after D.T. and choose movements that don’t revolve around barbell cycling or grip!!
