STRENGTH: Back Squat (5-5-5+)

Here is it, Wendler! Wendler cycles run 4 weeks.  Weights are laid out in percentages of a WORKING 1 RM.  This WORKING 1 RM is 90 % of your true 1 RM. Using that number you will be following percentages on the whiteboard for each set. We will talk more before we start, but remember you have to take notes to make this program successful.

Let’s take this style of WOD out for a spin. It’s all about intensity in each 3 M time domain. Get the work done quickly, you get to rest for a bit. If it is impossible for you to get the work done in the 3 M time domain, we can modify the run distance and/or TTB reps just as we would scale a weight in a barbell-based WOD.
