STRENGTH: Power Clean
Let’s make the turn to the Clean and Jerk for our Olympic Lifting days! We will start off slow today with the power clean. Let’s talk about the ‘pulls’ of the power clean, body positioning and good movement patterns. We will take 12 M to work up to a heavy single and then do a 5 M EMOM of 2 reps at 75%.

9 Box Jumps (24”/20”)
12 Walking Lunges
15 Air Squats
*This might get crazy for our handstand push-up off the box people, being that there are box jumps in the WOD, as well. We will assess the situation for each class!
We have another birthday WOD today! This time we are celebrating Tammy. She put together this WOD for all of you to enjoy! So far, the birthday WODs have been a hit this week. Lets make it 2 for 2!!!
