We have some updates to the Warrior Flow Yoga schedule! Today will be the last Wednesday night class for the foreseeable future. So, if you want to get your Warrior Flow on one last time on a Wednesday night, join us after the 6:30 pm class tonight! Sunday morning classes will remain the same (be on the lookout for a post on changes to a few of the ‘extras’ at the gym in the next couple days)!
