WOD: 20 M AMRAP

1 Deadlift

1 Squat Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Jerk

Remember this one from 6 weeks ago? It’s back. This time we actually get to use the algorithm! If you were here last time, hopefully you remember your rounds and the weight you loaded on your barbell. If not, no worries; I took a picture of the whiteboard… According to the algorithm you will either be loading more weight, taking weigh off or keeping the same weigh on the bar and going for more rounds. Here is the algorithm:

< 20 Rounds= 10 lbs lighter

20-30 Rounds= Same weight

> 30 Rounds= 10 lbs heavier
